Meet Starling Thomas, Founder of the Freedom Planner.

After winning her appeal and being immediately released 2 years into from a 3 1/2-year prison sentence, she realized the need for a planner tailored to currently and formerly incarcerated women.

The Freedom Planner was created to fill that need.

Having walked the incarceration and reentry path herself, Starling’s mission for The Freedom Planner is to empower justice-impacted women across the country with the tools and sisterhood to reckon with the past and rebuild the future.
